The start of our story
We've been brewing kombucha since 2014. I bought some kombucha by mistake for my son at a specialty beverage store thinking it was regular tea. As I was waiting for him after school in the car, I realized it was fermented. I gave him the water and I tried the tea. I didn't really care for it. I later researched the benefits of kombucha and came to the understanding I would need to learn to acquire a taste for this beverage.
Soon we were brewing our own booch. With the encouragement of friends who enjoyed our brew, we are now crafting small batch artisan kombucha for several Farmers Markets in central Texas. I'm always thrilled to give a sample of booch to someone and watch their face light up with delight because they like it!
